Ingredients

½ cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 squares chocolate, melted
4 eggs
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup confectioners' sugar (for rolling)

Steps

Combine oil, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, melted chocolate, eggs, flour, and salt. Mix all together until well combined.
Chill the dough several hours or overnight.
Drop teaspoon-sized portions of dough into confectioners' sugar and roll, shaping into balls.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350° for 10–12 minutes.
