Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine (oleo)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup nuts
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine margarine, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, salt, coconut, chocolate chips, and nuts. Stir well until fully mixed.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes.
- Makes approximately 2 dozen cookies.
