Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted flour
- ½ cup sugar

- 1 cup milk
Steps
- Sift the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together into a bowl.
- Cut in the cold shortening with 2 knives or a pastry blender until crumbly.
- Add the chopped nuts and stir to combine.
