Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ to 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix (e.g. Bisquick)
  • Chocolate candy kisses (one per cookie, quantity as needed)

Steps

  1. Combine sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg, vanilla, and biscuit baking mix. Mix well.
  2. Chill dough for 1 hour.
  3. Shape dough into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350° for 6–8 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately press one chocolate candy kiss onto the center of each cookie.
