Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1⅔ cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 recipe Cream Cheese frosting

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients (flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, eggs, pumpkin, sugar, oil, and pecans) together and mix until blended.
  3. Spread batter into an ungreased baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Once baked, frost with Cream Cheese frosting.
