Ingredients
- 3 large cans frozen buttermilk biscuits, cut into quarters
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (for shaking bag)
- ½ cup sugar (for shaking bag)
- 1 stick (½ cup) margarine or butter, melted
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
- Nut meats (optional, placed in bottom of pan)
- Raisins (optional, dropped between layers of biscuits)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Place biscuit pieces in a bag with ½ teaspoon cinnamon and ½ cup sugar; shake to coat.
- Optionally place nut meats in the bottom of a Bundt pan.
- Layer the coated biscuit pieces in the Bundt pan, optionally dropping raisins between the layers.
- Melt 1 stick of margarine or butter and mix with ¾ cup brown sugar and ¾ teaspoon cinnamon.
- Pour the butter-sugar mixture over the biscuits in the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
- Turn upside down onto a plate and let cool before serving.
