Ingredients

1 stick margarine (¼ cup)
4 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps

Combine the margarine, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
