Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- ⅔ cup Crisco oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Pour batter into cupcake tins (yields approximately 30 cupcakes).
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
